Where is CORE located?

Our clinic is located at 63 Ontario Street in St. Catharines, however we welcome patients and clients from all over the Niagara Region, including Niagara Falls, Welland, Grimsby, and more!

Do I need a referral to book an appointment?

Nope, you do not need a referral from a doctor to use any of CORE’s services. Simply book an appointment online with one of our practitioners.

Are your services covered by health insurance/benefits?

We accept most health insurance plans. We recommend checking with your insurance company/benefits provider before visiting to understand what your coverage includes.

Are CORE practitioners licensed?

Yes, CORE’s health providers are professionally licensed.

Who is Millie?

Millie is our clinic dog and official Director of Dog-umentation! She loves to greet our patients with a wagging tail, provide pain relief in the form of cuddles and kisses, and overall make everyone’s day better!
