DR. ALEX AGNINO

Doctor of Chiropractic

Honours Bachelor of Human Kinetics

Special Interest in Cognitive Training

Dr. Alex Agnino was born and raised in St. Catharines Ontario, playing football and hockey through his elementary and high school years. Dr. Alex went on to play football at the University of Guelph, where he completed his Bachelor of Science degree, with Honours in Human Kinetics. During his time at Guelph, he suffered sports injuries and postural issues from many hours studying, and decided to seek Chiropractic care. This is where it all started…

Dr. Alex’s Chiropractic experience is what excited him to apply to Palmer College of Chiropractic in Florida, so he could continue to help people improve their health and wellness as well. During his time at Palmer, he became fascinated with the body’s ability to heal and recover when spinal alignment and muscle function is optimal. Dr. Alex’s focus is to ensure the spine and musculature are both functioning optimally.

As a former, (and pretend current) athlete, Dr. Alex is fascinated in the athletes’ ability to improve their brain speed, reaction time, decision-making skills and balance. Dr. Alex spent many hours training under president of Microgate USA, Dr. Peter Gorman, where he learned how to analyze athletes’ movement, hesitations, cognitive disturbances and functional weaknesses that are limiting their ability to perform at PEAK performance. Dr. Alex’s goal with cognitive training is to decrease the time between the athlete thinking about their next move and performing it.

As co-founder of Core Health Collective, Dr. Alex’s goal is to help as many people as possible reach optimal health. He achieves this goal through treating the muscle, the fascia and the joint, with muscle release, muscle activation and Chiropractic adjustments. His goal is to not only “make pain go away” but also make lifestyle corrections so it will “never happen again”.
